About MV Home Inspection

I became a home inspector at the urging of another inspector after I retired from one career and wanted to keep working. The other inspector thought I had the “right stuff” for the profession:
- I hold state licenses as a home inspector (License No. 225) and structural pest inspector (License No. 70124), and perform my inspections per the Washington State Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors and Inspections and the criteria of the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
- I've completed specialized training from Inspection Training Associates, a recognized leader in the home inspection field, and continue to take classes and seminars on a regular basis to keep abreast of developments in the home construction industry.
- I'm a member of the Washington State Pest Management Association and National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
- I carry full errors and omissions as well as general liability insurance.
